Thank you to our team on international 'Workers Day'

More than 80 countries celebrated Workers' Day on May 1st—Zambia among them. So, we would like to take a moment to honor our incredible team in Zambia for their hard work, dedication, and commitment.

First, we recognize our workers at the Field of Hope. They spend long hours ensuring the fields remain green, healthy, and flourishing. From protecting crops against armyworms and other pests, to harvesting maize and groundnuts, and carefully shelling and bagging the maize for distribution.

Then we have our behind-the-scenes team, those who may not always be visible, but who work just as hard to keep our vision and mission alive. From managing projects and sourcing materials to putting plans into action. Their contributions are essential every step of the way. 

Together, these individuals invest countless hours with determination and purpose. And thanks to your kindness and generosity, they are able to meet you halfway in keeping Mama Fran and Lonnie Turner's dream alive.

So, today we honor and thank those who form the backbone of every job and every project. We are deeply grateful for their hard work and dedication - not only on May 1st, but every day.
